I was driving down my country road, and I stopped at an intersection for traffic to pass. As I sat there, my eyes wandered down to the side of the road where it sat: 3 pieces of bacon, three eggs, three pieces of jumbo shrimp, and three dollars folded and wrapped in at least 100 strands of long human hair all atop a styrofoam plate. At first I wasn't really paying attention to the fact that it was completely out of place, but once I realized what I was looking at, I put my car in 'park', got out of my car, and picked up the three dollars. Does anyone know if this is some kind of attempted witchcraft? If so, I'd like to know so I can return the three dollars to avoid any voodoo curses.
Is this witchcraft: 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 3 pieces of shrimp, and 3 dollars wrapped in hair?
You are probably on some video tape, and being laughed at for touching something so disgusting for $3. Sounds like a useless Jackass stunt. Did you look for Knoxville or some one from that show?

Sounds more like a 3 dollar breakfast at Dennys.

Why would you pick up something by the side of the road? You need three dollars that badly? Not too smart. Just take it back to where you found it.

AW, come clean! You ate it, right?

How strange... it could be some sort of spell. In fact, I find it hard to imagine what else it could be, given the strange mix of objects and the repetition of the number three. (Though if I'd been doing the spell, I would have put the objects back away from the road to make sure they weren't disturbed.)
If you're really worried about any stray energy that could be attached to the money, put the dollar bills on a plate and sprinkle lots of salt over them, and let them sit there for three days. That should clean them properly.
EDITED TO ADD: As aviana pointed out, the BEST course of action would probably be to return the money to where you found it... or, alternatively, if it was a prosperity spell, and what we do returns to us three times over, then by "giving" you the money the person who performed the spell is attracting money into their own lives.

WTF? Throw it out %26amp; wash your hands. Forget about voodoo, %26amp; be more worried of doodoo. I don't know why someone wasted food %26amp; $, not to mention a nice clump of hair, but it's just garbage. I can't believe you actually picked it up! :O)

It was placed at a crossroads, so yes it could well and probably is a spell, not a curse. And yes, it is probably witchcraft, or it could be voudoun or Voodoo as most know it.
If it were witchcraft it would usually they are buried though. Three is a number usually found in our spells as it is part of our trinity of maiden, mother and crone.
Sounds like a prosperity spell, possibly for someone who needs more food and money in their lives. Eggs are symbols of fertility, bacon is also symbolism for prosperity, shrimp Im not sure, money speaks for itself. The hair is the personal link in the spell, to draw the request to that individual.
I would not disturb the things, for then you could disturb the magick. I mean that would just be plain mean. Especially if the person is in real need. Which they probably are if they have resorted to magick. Our laws say you only resort to magick when all else fails.
Leave it alone and ignore it, its not for you to worry about anyway.
Blessings,
Aviana

I would not use the money for any personal gain were I you. Give the money to a Church or to charity, or burn it. Occultists can see crossroads as a door to the underworld. Curiosity can be our undoing, Eve showed us that (literally for Christians and allegorically for everyone else).
