Well, if you don't want to take down your ponytail, it might limit how much you can do.

When I had a ponytail that length, if I wanted to look "classier" or sophisticated, i would put it into a bun, and accent it with a flower or rhinestone barrette. Other than that, I would braid the hair into a few dozen mini braids and tuck it under and pin it with a bobby pin, or tie it with a rubber-band.

Professionally I would recommend that these not be glued in due to the fact it is only for one night. They can easily be bobby pinned in. Please do not have a friend glue them. You can get massive breakage and damage to your scalp if not done correctly and placement is KEY. Work with the person at the salon who does the most updo's. They should be able to do this for you. Not only do I do this work all of the time I have worn these type several times among other extension work and had many more problems with this type!

Head massage (champissage) is generally beneficial for the scalp for your hair health, why not also give that a try - unless you have diabetes, neuropathology, M, high blood pressure or other health conditions for which stimuation of blood flow could be contraindicated. Dominican perms are awesome n make your hair extra silky and smooth. Just go to a dominican hair salon and ask for a perm. Then get the wig and no one will notice, they will just geuss that you got a new cut!

your ponytail should match with your hair and not the other way around. synthetic materials adapts differently to hair colour. find one that matches, or return it. better yet, find other style of hairclips, there are plenty around.

I have just recently had human hair extentions put in and the hair dresser used the braiding technique. I want them out asap because they're..well crap..basically and I want to know if I need to fork out more money for this rediculous venture or can I get away with taking them out at home...they're just little braids aren't they...it's not rocket science I'm sure!?

Girl, you can take them out at home. Get a rat tail comb part your hair in 4 sections and choose which section to do first. Get your comb go through each part of the braid and it should just come aloose. If it's glued then hopefully she didn't glue your real hair you're going to have to cut the glued part and get your comb and start from the bottom and work your way UP!

Go call the salon and talk to the manager, tell her they are pretty bad and you want to know if you can get a refund and get them removed, more then likely she will tell you to come in ASAP and pamper you the whole time to save face from what that woman did to your hair! Each braid is sawing itself and then sawing again with the hair extension .If someone can cut this out very very carefully for you, then you can do it at home!

everything else is a single unit that is textured. Hair is multiple units that are relitively untextured. When you tie hair in a knot, not all of the hairs have something to pull against. When you tie a rope, the rope is caught by itself and stays, but the hairs in the middle fo the knot are really just being curled around a bit, but dont have anything to bite into to keep them like that, they just slide right past each other. a knot needs to lock around itself to stay and there are just too many hairs not doing that for you to be able to tie your hair up like that.

I ride horses and I actually have tried the shampoo and conditioner for horses. It's not the best. You shouldn't buy it. Try the lengthening formula of "Garnier Fructis". And when you are almost done with your shower, soak your head with hot water, then qwikly turn it ice cold. It really makes your hair grow faster.

Hmmm... you know try Sally Beauty Supply stores. I know that they have blue streaks... but Im unsure of if they have blue tips... if not ask a sales rep if they can order them for you. You may have to pre-pay but they may be able to get them. Sometimes the display for thoes products is not big enough in the smaller locations so they can get the product, but dont always have it on the shelf. I hope this works for you hun... good luck,.
