Why do human being hairs on pubic areas?

to keep warm

Why do human being hairs on pubic areas?

One theory is that we have hair in stinky areas to help enhance the stink, which long ago would've helped attract mates by making the smell of hormones more noticable. We have hair on our heads to keep warm, and eyebrows exist to keep dirt out of our eyes. All other hair is vestigal, and simply hasn't completely evolved away yet.

Another theory is that hair, by being a padding to the skin, prevents chafing in areas that rub, such as armpits (axillae) and that during sexual intercourse, pubic areas rub against each other and the skin would be very irritated.
