i am getting human hair extensions and i dont know how to whas them well i knie how but not what whit help?

You can wash them just like you wash your normal hair (be gentle though), however be careful with conditioner. If you put too much conditioner near the bonds, they can and will slip. Enjoy!

Always braid them first and squeeze the shampoo and conditioner through.
Kerasilk is the best for both.
and use a leave in conditioning spray.
