I am 23 can I grow now?

Hi, I just want to ask that I am 23 yrs and

didnt grow a inch from age of 18... my height is

now 5' 7" and my weight is 56kg (constant from

couple of years.), I also got gym and use protein

supplements... I have also problem of facial

hairs that at age of 18 almost all my friends got

full facial hair appearance. 1st I thought that

by time it will come but it s now almost 5 years

and nearly 0 result. I have full hairs on my head

and underarms and pubic area, but only problem of

facial hairs. I got my testorstone checked and

its normal. I visited doctors but they replied

that this is normal, they cant really feel the

problem i am facing in my proffesional life

beside gatherings and my confidence. I heard

about Human Growth Harmone but they seems more to

take life than to give. please tell me what

should I do and How I can be a normal personal

and escape myself from these abnormalities?

Unfortunately I think you have to face reality. I too have not grown much in the past few years. Also facial hair does not necessarily grow uniformally on some people. If you've been to a doctor and everything was found to be ok, then I wouldn't mess with growth hormones. These could really mess you up.

I'm about the same size, but one thing I learned was that muscle can always grow. You just need to work out properly. This won't increase your height, but good proportion does help out your appearance.

your done growing darlin!!! you stop growing at the age of 18 and 5'7 thats tall so yep your done you might get smaller when your older but for the next maybe 20 years your height will remain at 5'7 xDD

abnormalities? hum no of course no, you must accept yourself like you are and over all love yourself, if you think you can have an physiologic problem then you can have a visit whit your doctor,may be ya can have any syndrome of bad absorption don't take extra proteins or vitamins before to see a doctor.
