The human hair ones are much more expensive, but I'd say they are definitely worth it. You can style them with your hair, unlike the synthetic ones. I haven't tried the Jessica Simpson ones yet, but those look really nice.

The trick is making sure you have a good match to your hair-color. Choose the best color over the brand. I've gotten some before, and so have many of my friends, and they work really well.
