This was a horror film from 1967, I know that. It is about a mother and her son who is like mentally challenged and she makes wigs out of human hair for women. The son goes out and gets the women and scalps them to get their hair. Very gory and fun. Please help me think of the name. I don't know who plays the lead roles though. I also know it is by a famous horror director. Please help me think of the movie. Thankl you!
